Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tak langsung work-life balance dan employee engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Learning Unlimited. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan dan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian: Variabel work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Variabel employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Variabel work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap variabel employee engagement. Variabel work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja melalui variabel employee engagement.
