Daging kepiting merupaka sumber gizi yg tinggi, mengandung kalori 151kal.protein 19.1-20.9 gr.lemah 3.8 gr kalsium 210 gr,fosfor 250 mg% fe 1,1 mg %vit,A 200SL. vit B1 0,05 mg%pada tiap 100gr daging kepiting ,dan jenis asam amino esesial terkandung didalamnya.
