Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui presepsi pemustaka terhadap aksesibilitas pengguna koleksi di perpustakaan Badan POM. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini merupakan pemustaka perpustakaan Badan POM yang berjumlah 4,601, kemudian penulis menarik sampel sebanyak 5% menggunakan rumus Slovi dari populasi tersebut yang berjumlah 368. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Insidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa presepsi pemustaka terhadap tingkat kemudahan dalam mencari sumber koleksi adalah sangat positif, dengan memperoleh skor 33,96. Presepsi pemustaka terhadap kinerja pustakawan adalah sangat positif yang memperoleh skor sebesar 3,45.
