Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Locus of Control dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan non medis RS. Islam Jakarta Pusat, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 87 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakanteknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Locus of Control berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai 3.222>1.988 dan secara parsial Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai 55.825>1.988. hasil penelitian menunjukan Locus of Control dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada RS. Islam Jakarta Pusat sebesar 62.6% dan sisanya 34,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
