Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berjumlah 300 karyawan. Data dilakukan dengan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) disiplin memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (2) motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (3) budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (4) secara simultan seluruh variabel memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja
