Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa SMA terhadap infografis dan video sebagai media untuk pemahaman literasi kesehatan mental. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jenis accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner dan studi literatur. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan 320. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata infografis 3.28 dan video 3.3. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa para siswa lebih memilih media video untuk mendapatkan pemahaman tentang depresi dibandingkan dengan media infografis.
