Abstract

UU No. 2 tahun 2004 tentang penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial atau UU PPHI (LNRI) No. 6 tahun2004 TLNRI No. 4356) merupakan wujud nyatapemerintah dalam memprioritaskan urusan mengenai tenaga kerja Indonesia khusunya mengenai penyelesaian perselisihan perburuhan.
