Sengketa antara PT. Tunas dipta persada dengan PT.Hutama-Binamaint Join Operation diawali dengan perjanjian borongan yang menyepakati bahwa jika terjadi sengketa maka akan diselesaikan melalui majelis arbitase ad-hoc dengan prosedur BANI.dan CD nya.
