Abstract
Social skill merupakan hal yang penting dan merupakan kunci sukses untuk membina hubungan dengan orang lain. Salah satu cara untuk dapat mengembangkan social skill dengan baik yaitu dengan cara berorganisasi. Hasil survey awal yang dilakukan terhadap remaja menujukkan lebih banyak remaja terindikasi memiliki social skill yang baik tanpa berpartisipasi dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan social skill pada siswa SMA yang berpartisipasi dan tidak berpartisipasi dalam organisasi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner social skill kepada 200 siswa SMAN 3 Cibinong kelas X dan XI. Uji t memperlihatkan t= 0,348 (p>0.05) yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan social skill yang signifikan antara siswa yang berpartisipasi dan tidak berpartisipasi dalam organiasasi.
