Abstract

Penderita hernia nukleus pulposus (HNP),kurang lebih 1% dari populasi,dengan penderita terbanyak berusia 30-50 tahun.HNP adalh salah satu penyebab nyeri pinggang bawah,walaupun dapat terjadi disepanjang vertebra,yang paling sering adalah HNP lumbalis,terutama diskus intervertebral L 4-5 dan L 5-s1.
