Abstract

Infeksi hepatitis kronik pada populasi manusia telah di ketahui sebagai suatu peristiwa yang menyebabkan proses peradangan dan nekrosis yang aktif dan kronik di dalam hati, bahkan 90% bayi yang di lahirkan oleh ibu dengan HBeAg (+) akan mengalami infeksi virus hepatitis B,dan diantaranya akan menjadi kronik.
