Abstract

Pembuatan kerupuk dengan bahan penolong bleng ditinjau dari segi kedokteran da Islam. Untuk memeperbaiki testur kerupuk agar lebih renyah serta lebih empuk umumnya para produsen menggunakan bahan penoong bleng.
