Abstract

Perubahan pola hidup yg sekarang dijalani sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan tubuh, terutama pola makan yg tidak sehat dapat mengakibatkan penumpukan sisa-sisa hasil metabolisme di colon sehingga menyebabkan autointoksiksi dan menimbulkan berbagai penyakt.
