Ada bermacam-macam pembangkit stres dilingkup pekerjaan, misalnya bebas kerja yg terlalu banyak baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif, pengembangan karir yg kurang baik, hubungan sesama pekerja, lonflik peran, ketaksaan peran dan lain sebagainya.
