Abstract

Sebesar 17,5 persen pria dan wanita mengalami kelebihan berat badan (overweight) dan 4,7 persen mengalami kegemukan (obesitas) telah menjadi masalah besar di kalangan dewasa berusia diatas 30 tahun dan kegemukan dapat meningkatkan resiko terkena penyakit jantung.
